My Dad wanted to surprise me with flowers for valentine's day so he ordered a rush delivery to arrive on Feb. 13.
They arrived on February 17 dead, broken and completely dry. I felt so bad for him.
After several days of customer service claiming that they were going to be delivered each day, and then saying that the demand was just too high and it was not their fault, they finally offered a refund. I felt so bad for my Dad who was trying to do something nice.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "poor service, problem with delivery and bad quality" of flower delivery express flowers. Flower Delivery Express needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
