My order was not delivered at all, I did not receive any notification that there was any issue w/ the delivery. Customer Rep took my order and entered "British Columbia, California VOX 1WO"!!!
She did not notice that the zipcode is not in the US????
Obviously, it is British Columbia, Canada as I told her.
I spent $113.24 and have still not received a refund, turns out that they can not deliver to my destination, THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME SO THAT I COULD GET MY FLOWERS FOR A FUNERAL THERE ON TIME............really bad experience.... be careful because there is no "Same Day Delivery" or "24hr, 7 days a week" customer service phone line.
