I ordered 3 arrangements For 269.00,when they arrived each one were smaller and did not look like what's on their site.when calling to get a refund I got 15.00off one.nothing on the other 2.if you want a total refund you will have to send them back.How are you supposed to send them back when they are a gift ?. Also they offered me 100.00 credit toward my next order.as If I was going to order from them again.My suggestion would go to a local florist. Don't get anything from them.Total RipOff......
