I paid to have flowers delivered to my Mother at her place of work yesterday, I paid for Next Day Service and she didn't even receive them. The whole purpose was to have her flowers sent to her at her place of business like her husband used to do before he passed away from cancer and I wanted it done BEFORE Mothers day, not after.

I am very unhappy about this and I just want my money back now that the entire idea is ruined. What a horrible way for a company to handle business.

I am very dissatisfied and I don't feel as though I should have to continue with this order. I want my money back, TODAY.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No subtotal screen with fees, No response, Customer service process, Lied to repeatedly.

We paid extra to have them next day and it took them over two days...and they would not refund the extra we paid
