Ordered flowers for my daughter in law in Washington state. I live in Florida.

They withdrew the charges immediately from my bank account and the flowers were never delivered. Started calling to check on my order at 9pm EST. Tried until 11:30pm EST to be told there was nothing they could do until the next day!!!! Also, when I said to cancel the order and credit my account I was told that would have to go through the approval dept.!

Took them less then 5 minutes to pull it out of my acct. 3-5 days to put it back!!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $5000.
