I ordered same day flowers from Flower Delivery express for over $100 once they have added on all of there additional service and fees.The flowers did arrive that afternoon, but were nothing like the product that was ordered and the flowers were very poor quality.

The flowers were not fresh at all, were wilting, and were actually turning black. I sent an email to the published customer support email (customerservice@800wesleys.com) to raise this issue, but the bounced back as undeliverable.

I then completed their online form and received exactly zero response from their customer support.They clearly have no interest in satisfying their customers.

This person wrote the review because of bad quality of flower delivery express arrangement from Flower Delivery Express. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $100 and wants Flower Delivery Express to issue a full refund.
