I ordered a gift basket and flowers last Friday (7/11/2014) for my parent's anniversary.I had them sent to the resort that they were staying in.
Needless to say, today is Tuesday (7/15/2014) and still no flowers! Their customer service SUCKS!!! You can't get anything other than the answering service to pick up and they don't return your calls. I have left several messages yet no one calls you back.
If I hear the portion that someone will contact me shortly I'm going to scream. They debited my card and still there were no flowers.
This morning I filed a complaint with the better business bureau (BBB).
I will NEVER deal with these people again and I STRONGLY urge you do the same.Thanks for nothing Flower Delivery Express!!!
