Customer Rep entered my location as British Columbia, California VOX 1WO.USA Postal codes are numeric and she didn't know!?!?!

I told her I was in Canada w/ a Canadian destination for my order.

Flowers couldn't be delivered, to use their verbage "it is a dead area" no local florist.

Hmmmm, don't take my $113.24 and then not notify me that there was no delivery!!!! I found out by waiting for a response from the recipient that never came. THIS WAS VERY IMPORTANT, these were to be sympathy flowers due to a death. I have not received a refund and I am sure I will have to make a formal complaint w/ the BBB.

Please order elsewhere to avoid this happening to you.

This company does not respond via telephone or email.The "24hr, 7 days a week" customer service line DOES NOT EXIST
