Ordered a bouquet for my wife who is out of town on our 10th anniversary. I was charged more than what was initially advertised on the web site, but I went ahead with it.
I got an email that it was delivered, but then I called her hotel and NOTHING was delivered. I next called FDE, and they assured me it would be delivered in a few minutes. 3 hours later, the day is over. She has gone to bed and leaves early tomorrow.
This company delivered only lies and disappointment. This company should be OUT OF BUSINESS after so many people have had this experience.
