I ordered flowers for my wife on our anniversary from Flower Deliver Express. What a mistake. They first sent me an e-mail that the order was delayed and that I had two options. Upgrade the order or cancel it. I selected the Upgrade option. Then I receive a note stating that my order has been confirmed and 'may already be delivered'. My Dad wanted to surprise me with flowers for valentine's day so he ordered a rush delivery to arrive on Feb. 13. They arrived on February 17 dead, broken and completely dry. I felt so bad for him. After several days of customer service claiming that they were going to be delivered each day, and then saying that the demand was just too high and it was not their fault, they finally offered a refund. I am currently on the phone with a rep from flowers express. I placed an order for a funeral arrangement to be delivered on Thursday to my best friends house. I placed the order on Wednesday. Friday night my friend asked me for my parents address to send a thank you card. i asked out of curiosity if she received my flowers and she said no. I sent my brother, in a nursing home, a 24" tree with red ribbon on it. Was 74.00, so i thought it would be rather nice and full. This company charged my credit card 105.00 and now will have to dispute it along with my brother only receiving a bouquet of flowers with a penguin on it. Let me start off by saying I will never, ever order anything again without first researching the company. If I had done some research on FDE I would have seen what a terrible and fraudulent company they are and would have saved myself a lot of time, grief and money! How does a $32 flower arrangement end up costing almost $100? This is outrageous! After a labyrinth of phone options, the first representative I was able to reach couldn't speak English very well and when I asked for someone else, she hung up. Tried again, same thing. I placed an order on-line to be delivered for boss's day yesterday. My order # is 70138291. The flowers were not delivered today and I am furious! I also placed another order with ProFLowers and the individual did receive their flowers today. Guess who I will use next time? Not you. With the delivery fee, a small, poorly inflated balloon and various charges, a 45.00 order cost over 90.00. What arrived was a small, tacky dying arrangement. Lasted one day. My complaint netted a 50.00 discount coupon for future orders. Sadly, that offer was already on the table before I contacted customer service. They don't tell you the final price until you submit the order and only then do you learn that the discounts actually apply to future orders... No one answers they make you leave vm and promise contact which never comes. Their customer service online contact form doesn't work - you hit "send" and nothing happens. Still trying to cancel my order. This is a horrible company. I plan on reporting them to the Attorneys general in Texas and Illinois.... Read more

My wife thought she was getting $50 rebate on her order; on her "confirmation" page it turned out it wasn't for the current order, but for some "future order." Tried to cancel immediately, was told we had to wait until Monday. Monday AM we called and were shifted to a separate line for "cancellations."
