I ordered birthday flowers for a friend to be delivered on September 5, and they were never delivered!I called that evening because the order confirmation stated, "WE NEVER CLOSE." After being on hold for more than 30 minutes, I reached an answering service and was assured I would get a call back but never did.
I called back the next day and left another message. It's now September 10th, and I still have not received a call or a refund!
Although I spent $85, my friend assumes I forgot her birthday, and that is very upsetting.Sincerely, Pissed off in Texas
