I ordered birthday flowers for a friend to be delivered on September 5, and they were never delivered! I called that evening because the order confirmation stated, "WE NEVER CLOSE." After being on hold for more than 30 minutes, I reached an answering service and was assured I would get a call back but never did.
I called back the next day and left another message. It's now September 10th, and I still have not received a call or a refund!
Although I spent $85, my friend assumes I forgot her birthday, and that is very upsetting. Sincerely, Pissed off in Texas
