This company is a fraud, the website showed that my total was $32.00 and they charged my credit card $78.00. I called customer service and they gave me the run around and wouldn't send an email confirmation that they cancelled my order.
They told me it would take up to 14 business days to process the cancellation but could not guarantee the cancellation even though I called 10 minutes after placing the order. They kept giving me the run around and said no upper management available to help me
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of flower delivery express delivery service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $78. Flower Delivery Express needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
