on jan 30 2013 I ordered flowers for valentines day.They charged my credit card that day and were paid. On valentines day no package arrived.
I called flower express at 4:00 and was informed that they were on a truck scheduled for delivery.I asked for a tracking number and was refused. The flowers did not arrive by 7:00 or that day.When I Called the following day and requested a refund I was told they Had a day to deliver them and LaughedThis company has terrible customer satisfaction and even worse customer service.I cannot recomend them I will go to my charge card for a full refund
