I ordered flowers today for someone, and spent over an hour carefully picking out which would suit the occasion the best. A few hours later they sent me a picture of their flowers saying thank you, and when I saw the picture I was absolutely disgusted.

Yes they are pretty, but they were nearly THE OPPOSITE of what I ordered. It is completely unacceptable. I called the customer support number and made a complaint and still have not heard anything back from them.

I am extremely upset. Something needs to be done about this because this is the WORST service I have ever received.
