I ordered flowers 5days before the occasion using some store credit. They didn't considered that store credit and charged me for the order, when I called them to ask they didn't respond properly, every time representative says "I'm transferring your call to senior executive" but it never happens even you on phone for 30mins.

Around 10 times called them but didn't work. Now coming to the delivery still 3pm my order shows that It is cleared and have to assign designer(order suppose to deliver by that time).

When I call them for tracking, they repeat the above scene again... So please never order through this site

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $120.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service, False advertising.
