I placed an order for friends who had just lost a loved one. I order flowers which were displayed to cost $34.99 once I place he order it says I will receive an email shortly.

No email but they take $70 out of my bank account... Seriously? I call and am literally waiting for someone to answer for over an hour I send email no response. When I do get a response the woman tells me she will contact the florist and asks for all my info again but not the confirmation number?

I mean seriously!!! PS I never got an email and have no idea why I was charged $70 for a $34.99 order when they even said free shipping and I would get $20.00 off my first order.

I mean it is just ridiculous. I will never every order flowers from here again.
